I have had several years of experience in the telemarketing/customer service field. My expertise in these fields have allowed me to work as a frontline representative all the way up to a resolution supervisor. I have worked in both brick and mortar call centers and as a work from home agent. In all positions I have held, my priorities are making sure the customer has everything they need to have the best experience possible while at the same time maintaining the best business decision for the company.
