My background includes serving as a Telemarketing Representative at various call center companies within the last 7 yrs. My task were to conduct, initiate and handle telephone transactions to existing contact leads promoting the client company with it's products and services, ensure full understanding of what information is being relayed and offered from the suggested pitch to the contact leads, communicate clearly and effectively with good command of English communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette and manage length of calls and keep track of the number of qualified leads needed for my daily quota making sure that I am accurately getting the correct and necessary information needed for the sales department of the client company. In addition to that I gained recognitions and awards for being one of the top producers of paid deals,generated leads and exceeding the number of required daily quota. I've been promoted couple of times from an ordinary agent to Team Leader to Trainer to Project Manager. I have my own strategies and tactics in maintaining my team's goal and production.
