I have been working in a BPO for 4 years and I have mingled with different responsibilities, being assigned and cross-trained to different accounts such as customer care, technical support, sales and the like and I have mustered great flexibility and versatility with such dynamic changes. I had been a team manager (supervisor) for two years and dealt with reports using Microsoft applications such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS Publisher and MS PowerPoint. I have developed a great multi-tasking skills, having to complete administrative tasks in daily and weekly basis.Being in a BPO where we service an international telecommunication provider, we have to meet and exceed the client's expectations, competing with almost seventy (70) teams, I proudly say that my team had always been part of top 10. Being in such a workplace, I've become very competetive to always be at the top, assertive to goals, very intricate to details.
