Dotan successfully removed data from a corrupt disc and offered repair of that disc at a discounted rate. His service was timely and, more important, he explained what he was doing and why. I would not hesitate to consult him with future issues.

Dotan extracted intact data from a broken hard drive. He performed more than he initially agreed, at no extra charge and offered to fix the drive at a discounted rate. He also performed an additional recovery job for me at a discounted rate. I am exceedingly pleased with the outcome and would not hesitate to contact him with further issues should they occur.
