I've been in the BPO/call center industry for 10 years now. I started out as a Telesales Executive for a photography studio in London. Then, I've also tried being a Sales Specialist and Appointment Setter for a real estate campaign in Singapore and for American Diabetic Surveyors in the US. After 4 years in Sales, I ventured Customer Service and Technical Support. I was a Customer Service Associate, then became part of the Escalations Team and then an SME (Subject Matter Expert). Afterwhich, I was then promoted as a Quality Evaluator until recently this year, I got promoted as a Sales Coach which is now called Specialist, Operations Support.
