• Tender filling of Manpower, Outsourcing, Housekeeping works of Government departments. • Documents preparation of Tender as per required by Govt. • Online upload Tender of Government department. • EMD preparation and submition of EMD hard copy to concerned department • Maintain tracker of Tender submitted & not submitted. • Maintain order files in excel & hard copies also. • Attends pre-bid meetings and bid opening meets. • Coordination HR Team for staffing process and compliance. • Coordination with supervisor deployed on site. • Sending quotations to vendors. • Maintain Day to Day activities reports of servicing given by engineers. • Searching new tenders online and filter them by company product details. • Coordination with clients & follow up for order. • Follow up for payments. • Coordination with finance team & preparation reports for Finance department. • Follow up for tenders submitted and checking of documents of other bidders. • Writing request letter to concerned department if any other bidders produce false information in tender.
