I have been working in the BPO industry since 2006. In my tenure in the call call center world, I have learned a lot of skill that helped me as I work myself up to a Team Leader. Being a Team Leader for more than 7 years, I was able to work with different types of people. I learned a lot regarding leadership and coaching people. I also am knowledgeable in creating reports thru Excel and Word applications. Through my experience, I am positive that I can contribute to the success of the project.
