In the modern world, any IT product (site, application or game) goes through the testing phase. We test both manually and we are writing auto tests using Selenium, as well as unit tests using the unit test module. The list of tasks our tester complete is: • Planning the testing process; • Writing test cases (test scenarios); • Development of positive / negative scenarios; • Functional and non-functional testing; • Carrying out stress testing; • Identification of problem areas (search for errors), entering them into the tracking system; • Tracking the life cycle of errors; • Re-test (regression testing) of the eliminated defects; • Setting up test environments; • Preparation of test data; • Description of automated test cases; • Writing and performing auto tests; • Support for the work of already written tests; • Maintenance of test documentation.
