    This was our first experience with IT Moonlighter.com and we were very pleased with the end result. We were extremely fortunate with our selection of Genny Engel. Genny did a terrific job in creating all the scripts that we needed to capture subscriber information, process orders, respond to subscriber customer service /account management issues. Genny set up and configured username/password access functionality. She also set up all the autoresponders and integrated our database with the database of an appliation service provider that we use to process credit card orders, enable recurring billing and update our database on the server. Genny Engel is extremely profession and she demonstrated a great deal of initiative with recommending a number of alternative soultions that made for a more efficient process and a more user-friendly experience. I would recommend Genny Engel without any reservations and I am sure we will call upon her again in the future.
