To summarize my greatest skill is solving problems. I have spent the last several years devloping/supporting solution in the Kintana/Mercury ITG application. At times, I have also been called in to assist in solving other technical and/or procedural issues. I have been part of an IBM Process Management group that oversees and improves the processes and procedures the IBM team follows for a given account. While on that team, we were audited for and passed an SEI/CMM Level 3 certification. I have also been put in charge of supporting and assisting in implementing/configuring Taxware and Trillium for use with a Siebel CRM system. I have been part of large teams and I have been a team of one. I can work onsite or remotely in both scenarios.
