After 3 years of working as an IT Engineer and watching more “find your passion” keynotes than I’d like to admit, I finally (accidentally) realized that I’m good with words. So I ditched the IT career (almost!) signed up as a writer, became a journalist and then Chief Editor of a news portal for 2 years. Meanwhile, I realized how everyone thinks they are writer and believe that they can write good content. In theory, love for writing and ability to use a bunch of fancy words might seem like the perfect recipe for good content, but that doesn't work. I have been on the other end and trust me when I say that good online content calls for a balance between being searchable by search engines like Google and Bing; but more importantly, still being readable for the actual target - the human audience. And there's a lot that needs to be taken care of, behind the scenes to come up with a good content. Long story short, that is why I quit the fancy journalism job to start my very own little content creation company called The Contently. So if you need: Then I am here to help you out. I have experience (and degrees) in all genres and can write pretty much anything, so please scroll up to the top of this page, click the "Invite to job" button, brief me about your requirements and there you have - an engineer-cum-journalist writing content just for you. P.S.: Even if you are not ready to hire me right away, do drop a message because I have been fortunate enough to have a steady flow of work - which could limit my instant availability. But if you reach out right now, you can save your spot and start whenever you want. P.S.S.: Don't forget, great content won't cost you a billion dollars - you have my word! (pun intended)
