I worked as a customer support representative for a year in a Australian airline handling customers issues and queries over the phone before I've been promoted to be part of the chat support team. My role is booking flights (ticketing) and reservations that involves re-sending itineraries, answering customers inquiry regarding airport terminals and their ticket policy. I've been trained to handle irate customers either over the phone or via chat. I've been also part of a team that handles special cases for 3 years using salesforce. After that, I transferred to a Canadian telecom company for better opportunities and I've been working with them for almost 2 years. I am a technical support representative. I am dealing with Canadians over the phone resolving queries and troubleshooting issues about their home phone, internet/WIFI, satellite TV and Fibe tv service. I've been working in a BPO company for more than 5 years so I already missed a lot because of my work commitment. Now, I am teaching business English to adult Japanese businessman/woman for 4 months remotely. I am a fast learner and I can work under pressure. I am willing to be trained if I have to. I can work with a minimal supervision and I am a reliable person. I hope I will be able to find a client here.
