The Minister of Justice, Dr. Walid bin Muhammad Al-Samaani, inaugurated today in Riyadh the Case Preparation Center, which works to provide the judicial attribution service to the judicial departments, and to raise the readiness of the case file, which contributes to improving the quality of the judicial departments’ outputs and the speedy completion of the case.

The center aims to activate the institutional justice system, improve the method and quality of providing judicial services and reach a high level of beneficiaries' satisfaction, in addition to raising the operational efficiency of courts and judicial departments.

It provides a number of services that raise the quality of the judicial ruling, with the necessary human cadres with legal and objective skills and knowledge to operate the center; Which will contribute to improving the beneficiary’s experience during the period of litigation and pleading with specific indicators and criteria, and among these services are the preliminary study of the case file, management of notifications and notices, in addition to summarizing the controls of sessions and memoranda, and drafting judgments.
