US President Joe Biden has called for permanent representation of the African Union in the G20.
We support the reform of the Security Council to include expanding African representation," Biden" said, during a speech at the US-African summit in Washington, according to the Saudi Al-Sharq news channel.
"We will seek congressional approval to provide $21 billion to help Africa... and we will work to reduce the debt burden of African countries," Biden added.
"We will work to strengthen our economic partnerships with the African continent," the US president added.
