I used to work in a company which requires quick eyes and fingers in getting service requests through emails.The arrival of the person needed by our clients depend on how fast we monitor and answer emails as well as making a follow up. We work in a very less supervision area. Our main bosses our located in New York. We directly call them if we have to. I have been working in the BPO industry since 2006.I have a work experience in outbound/telemarketing, inbound appointment setting,catalog support/takes phone orders, fraud analysis, inbound/customer service, email handling, chat support, outbound/follow up, process hotel reservation online/over the phone, processing car rental online/over the phone, and dispatching service requests.
