thank you for visiting my profile, I've been working in a Call Center industry for more than 8 months and i believe in that work span was not yet enough for the best job to be offered here. However , in that long existence i have learnt almost everything about customer service excellent style of providing services to potential costumers over the world. I experienced more about technicalities of a certain errors that needs a troubleshooting steps, let customers feel their essence during the call, do retailing and so many more. i don't have issue in regards with attendance and performance.
