Involved in the design, drafting and fabrication of various jigs and fixtures for the fabrications of automotive components for chain cover, gear drive, valves, piston, brake parts. Experience of using precision measuring instruments like profile projector, bore gauges and various other measuring instruments . Attending the shop activities like tool proving, sorting out of tooling problems etc. Able to operate semi automatic milling machine, lathe machine, surface grinding etc. Process planning for all operations & organising, specially for tooling, press machine. Able to manufacture press tools, jigs & fixtures,& die casting dies. Implementing smed concepts, poke yoke, TPM activities, find out the bottle neck machine etc.
