This is a combined package. Trademark Search and filing are also available as separate packages. This package includes conducting a search for your trademark, providing you with an opinion on the chances of success in the event of filing for a trademark and also filing your trademark application with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). The package is for a single application in a single class. The filing fee charged by the USPTO (usually US$275) shall be extra. This can be paid by you directly, or through us. We have been filing trademark applications with the USPTO for some of our Corporate Clients having operations in the US as well as in India.
