I specialize in trademarks, copyrights and media law. I specifically work in trademark registration, search reports and office actions. In addition I draft and review non-disclosure and employment agreements plus licensing agreements for your intellectual property. I have spent time in both Los Angeles and Austin working in the entertainment industry including copyrights and trademarks. I earned a concentration in Law, Technology and the Arts in addition to completing the Sports and Entertainment Law Program. I have worked in the Trademark Department of Twentieth Century Fox (Los Angeles) and with Mike Tolleson (Austin, Texas). I am in the process of building my practice in the Northeast Ohio region in the hopes to provide brand consulting from the legal perspective.
