I'm a certified community trainer here in the Philippines. I teach Barista NCII, Food, and Beverage NCII, Food Processing NCII, Bready and Pastry NCII, Housekeeping NCII, Events Management NCIII, and Contact Center Services NCII. I do write and create training modules, session plans, and competency-based learning materials. As a trainer, I must give quality assurance to the students in terms of knowledge, skills, attitudes and values competencies along the middle-level skilled occupations.
