Conducted New Hire Orientation for 15 batches with overall 300 new hires along with driving the joining formalities • Trained new hires for the post of Sales Executives including training completion of 200 new hires virtually trained due to Work from Home transition. No impact on BCP recorded • Kept track of all the new hires for three months, working with the Operations team to identify any training needs and conducted shadow sessions • Prepared reports and shared the performance reporting of New hires • Went above and beyond in handling any customer escalation of RTBs (Return to Branch) and successfully resolved the issue
