• Conducting Product/Process training on Group Loan and Micro enterprises Loan sales for New Joiners • Training Client is Micro enterprises & Payment Services. • Conducting Refresher Training on Low Performer, Sales skills & Product • Conducting On Field Training for sales executive • Tracking & Maintains the daily MIS on the application sourced approved & Rejected by the sales executive. • Ensures all training is happening on time & reported to Head of KGFS on daily basis • Guiding the sales executives on completing the online course which is allocated on product, process & sales skills on client portal. • Daily Branch visit. • Motivating the sales executives through various activities to meet their monthly Targets • Training will be given frequently to reduce Checker Rejection in the time of KYC Verification • Analyzing and finding the solutions to reduce GAMA( Checker 2) rejection.
