Possess over ten years of performance improvement, training, and instructional design, and online and instructor led learning development experience to encompass design classroom and e-learning trainings, along with training interventions such as coaching, job aids, project management, needs assessments and evaluations through ADDIE methodology, KirkPatrick’s four levels, and return on investments (ROIs). • Analyzes training needs, environments, and delivery methods for the suitability and feasibility of training solutions and project goals for the Child Protective Services (CPS) program. • Designs, organizes, develops, and evaluates on-line planning training needs and web-based and blended learning training programs. • Identifies technological and logistical constraints leading to organizational improvements focused on employee performance enhancement. • Develops organizational and personnel learning objectives, instructional strategies, and transfer of learning structure and sequencing. Evaluates training initiatives and process improvement.
