Sales Coach
• Recruit, coach, mentor, manage and lead a team of customer success managers and sales professionals to achieve quarterly sales targets
• Manage long, consultative customer success process
• Cultivate and grow relationships with industry leaders that will lead to sales opportunities and new business
• Apply a deep expertise of the marketplace, industry trends, and products to all leadership activities and strategic sales decisions
• Lead strategic initiatives that include analyzing key business drivers, assessing market opportunities, competitive environment, developing go-to-market strategies, and driving the associated acquisition planning processes
• Work with cross-functional teams (risk, credit, product, legal, pricing, marketing, B2B, etc) and external agencies to achieve the defined business objectives
• Development of customer segmentation to focus on the right customer base, develop products with best in class value proposition to drive acquisition across channels
• Planning and implementation of new projects, products, programs, and plans to achieve short and long term acquisition objectives including
• Build long-term strategy, and operationalize our overall approach to win new customers, increase customer satisfaction, and identify upsell opportunities across the customer base
• Run a strong operational process around pipeline and opportunity to drive maximum productivity and performance from our team. Provide detailed activity reports, opportunity management, quotes, and weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasting as well as verbal feedback to sales management
• Run new marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads for sales
• Manage and enhance existing campaigns, referring partner channels and events calendar
• Structure and package analyses, strategies, and recommendations into compelling communications and presentations for leadership
• Partner with the sales operation team to Create & publish dashboards and create presentations for senior leaderships for weekly/monthly/annual reviews
• Work on ad-hoc projects and initiatives to drive acquisition & charge volume growth
Training - • Setting and administering the department and developing improved processes to meet short and long term objectives
• Onboarding of new hires.
• Provide training to new hires on Windows and MAC (Technical, Software,Customer Service, and Sales etc.)
• Managing and maintaining the feedback system, learning Zone website (Intranet), seeking and providing suitable content.
• Supporting the provision and development of new training products.
• Preparing Process Training and soft skills Training modules.
• Preparing Pre and Post Assessment report of the agents under training.
• Responsible for providing Process related support on floor to the Team Members/Process Experts and stay abreast of required process skills.
