Learning & Development related: • Training need analysis – Process and Org level • Collaborating with others functions at various stages of TNA • Core involvement in planning and Deployment of Leadership Training conducted on offsite locations of Infosys BPO • Content creation and customization for mid management level employees based on the ADDIE model • End to End program management designed for and across various locations Floor Support related • Aligned to an engagement from the Retail domain – Understanding the training need through TNA and discussion with Stakeholders • Competency and Skill set mapping for various job levels – reporting out the results • Liaise with internal training functions to comply with other domain trainings to be completed • Involved in Interviewing and screening process as a part of the engagement • End to end manage the refreshers and other floor support activities
