Training

A 25 year career with successes in a variety of positions, businesses, industries, and markets. I have developed training programs for existing and new products/services for general usage in product management, sales, marketing, and internal employee knowledge. Training incentives that encourage employee participation in different business functions can be developed. Training is important for P&L responsibility. This has been the case for Fortune size companies' and SMB product lines, departments, business units, and subsidiaries. My work has required and elective learning options depending on applicability and desire by employees and management to participate. I specialize in aligning training goals with the organizational development that can support the attainment of unified objectives in business development. This is particularly true when I coordinate with unification and collaboration of IT/HR/Marketing/Finance/Operations functions toward specific goal attainment
