Bernadette has been involved with training and teaching for over 20 years in a number of different capacities. Early in her career she focused on developing training programs for technical and processing skills, later it was customer service and professional development courses. Bernadette was an early pioneer in the internet industry and developed a tutoring business in 1997. Building on the success she had with the internet, she developed a training and development consulting practice which is now called www.PodiumNotes.com. Through the site she has helped many individuals and businesses develop impactful presentations and speeches.She has expanded her practice to include multimedia training presentations and courses and is in the process of developing a suite of training programs for the consulting industry.
