With 18 years of freight forwarding and customs broker experience, I have worked with a variety of companies, from small businesses to multi-million global corporations in providing services to their needs. I have worked with other government agencies, USDA and FDA in particular, with the compliance issues involved with export and import of merchandise. I have also worked on projects for clients who have needed translation of Spanish documentation.including contracts and shipping documentation. My services are very professional. Having an MBA , I can give the insight of what business needs are and look for to analyze options that are created to cut costs and optimize productivity. I provide a variety of services to clients, including consulting and writing services. My combined 18 years of experience includes export traffic manager, export customer service, import specialist and account manager. Among my duties as export traffic manager, I was office manager, and performed the duty for 5 years in assisting the president of the company with writing letters for business correspondence and speaking Spanish with overseas companies. Working with import and export issues has been a basis of my 18 year career. I have experience researching and implementing supply chain documentation, letter of credit, compliance and logistics. Currently, I pursued a Paralegal Certificate to gain the needed skills for trade compliance legal research and writing.
