1. Receive, review, validate, process, and manage orders for the client as assigned utilizing SAP and required electronic commerce tool. 2. Support month end closing activities and ensure no revenue is left on table. 3. Work closely with other client departments, Subsidiaries and Customers to proactively meet and exceed customer expectations. 4. Receive and attend to internal/external customer queries via e-mail, MSE and phone on transactional matters. 5. Research, respond and resolve transactional customer issues and queries within established SLA (Service Level Agreements). 6. Validate and manage return requests from partners based on the terms and conditions of the Channel Partner Guide associated with Agreements and Authorizations. 7. Review problems associated with return request outside contractual terms and follow up with Operations, Subsidiaries and Customers to drive immediate resolution. 8. Effectively execute for orders, returns in compliance with Sarbanes Oxley, maintain and file documentations for auditing purpose. 9. Perform back up functions according to their roles and responsibilities. 10. Develop/Identify opportunities to automate, consolidate, and/or eliminate redundant processes and activities; track with metrics and SLAs to measure improvement. 11. Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Business Process Verification as necessary. 12. Conduct ad-hoc reporting and analysis resulting from executed projects and initiatives.
