Manage an average of 18 lease contracts in excess of $10 million for Government Agencies across the United States. - Prepare and modify government lease and solicitation documentation in accordance with FAR and negotiated federal contracts for real-estate development guidelines. - Supervise all lease negotiations with potential offerors, including surveys of land/buildings, lease development and the discussion of financial detail. - Daily coordination and communication with the National Account Director and National Transaction Manager to ensure that the account is properly allocating resources, meeting client expectations and deliverable deadlines and to ensure that the account is properly liaison with GSA leadership. - Manage the training of incoming administrative staff, including the design and implementation of training materials (schedules, guided text documents, best practices and procedures, and FAR guidance relative to the National Brokerage Contract).
