I have undertaken training on transcription in the past few weeks and this has equipped me with skills to comfortably handle transcription tasks. I have improved my typing skills and grammar. Basically I can listen to an audio or video and transcribe with ease. I have also gained computer skills, communication skills, time management, interpersonal skills, and organizational skills. These help me deliver my work effectively.
