I am pretty good at listening, especially in my dominant language: Malay. I have been exposed to a lot of dialects and slang since I was a kid because I have many friends that come from various states, even from Sabah and Sarawak. Not just that, I always show my interests in learning all those dialects and slang. Therefore, it would be pretty easy for me to understand (or at least, put into words) various kinds of speeches (including medical and religion terms!). My English would not be as good as my Malay, but I would say, pretty good, especially in understanding British accent.
