I've been a part of BPO industry for 8 years where I have serviced customers from Australia for their mobile billing concerns and selling the sutaible and the best handsets in the market. Currently I am working as a Teamleader where I coach and train 20 executives to make sure that we get excellet customer service from them. I also handle my company's data base and reporting via Ms Office. I would like to take an opportunity to show my skills and improve it day by day by taking some additional tasks apart from the regular work what I do.
