I am an experienced Customer Service Representative. This time I wanted to apply for transcription / data entry job which is also almost similar with the job that i had. Being a CSR, we are documenting all the conversations we had with our Customer as we are talking with them. We are doing multitasking job. Extracting data for the inquiry at the same time and giving informations and solutions for all the insurance claims they were asking.
