I do transcription of podcasts, audio or videos. This is done either in USA or UK English depending on which mandarin you prefer and want used. Whether you want it in clean verbatim or full verbatim, with all the clutch words, the false starts, slang etc. Your audios and videos, however, should range from average to high quality to provide an easy time. Poor quality of audio gives us, transcriptionists, a difficult time that may delay or make us do substandard work - and we don't like that.
