I have been a Quality Call Assurance Analyst for 2 and a half years now. I listen to both outbound and inbound representative-customer conversation and rate or grade the call based on client provided compliance guidelines. One of the major duties of a call analyst is to transcribe the conversation being monitored, word per word, with at least 99.99% accuracy (Lean Six Sigma principle - no repeat work). A full time day job in call monitoring requires you to listen to N number of call minutes, recorded, remotely or even live side jacking. Not to mention that 'full time' equates to an 8 hour shift. Just like patience and passion, typing speed is a must, however call monitoring should be completed efficiently. Meaning, speed AND quality. I will be more than willing to accept transcription projects, both audio and video. File duration is not a problem and my project completion or turn around time should be reasonable if not above expectation. I also accept video clip subtitling and subtitle proofreading. I accept transcription projects as an individual freelancer, however should you have a multiple file project that demands to be completed in a very tight schedule, I have a team ready to support your needs. In addition, in most cases, I do free proofreading in case you give bulk projects.
