    Jenon went above and beyond the call of duty to provide higher-quality transcripts than expected, and is very committed to following projects through to completion! She also accepted a partial audio on a rush basis (left undone by another transcriber), and this was an enormous weight off my chest. I definitely recommend Jenon!!
