My administrative background runs from file clerk to department manager, in small offices and large corporate situations. I developed many spreadsheets and documents in support of Administrative Department and Account Department heads.
I have also managed a Facilities Department for a Fortune 500 software consortium and was responsible for designing space, acquiring furinishings and coordinating the move into a state of the art building. Having over 20 years experience with word processing and data processing systems, I have created and maintained many spread sheets and documents in various software packages, bata testing many of them.
I am also experienced on Quickbooks, currently maintaining financials for a real estate firm, invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, and preparing reports as needed.
I have worked with the U.S. Airforce in updating their manuals, which requred a Secret level clearance.
I enjoy working with computers and softwar
