Trinna delivered all transcribed documents to my satisfaction. She was very helpful in highlighting parts of each document that will aid me when I extract specific information for a book I am writing. The only downside was that Trinna was not able to meet the time line to which she committed. In all fairness though this did not cause me any concern as the time line was one that she conceived and I was not in a hurry for this project to be completed. I think that if I had pressed she would have come closer to the time line for which we contracted.
