If you need to have words transcribed from an audio or video source to a written document, you want it to read as well or better than it sounds. I am a native English speaker and a former high school English teacher, so I have a good ear for the spoken word as well as an understanding about how it should be written. (I know of one transcriber who wrote "fatal" instead of "vital" because she didn't quite understand the word on the recording, and didn't take context into consideration. I would never do that. ;) ) I am meticulous about grammar, spelling, sentence structure, and mechanics, and I am conscientious about helping you make your project the best it can be!
