I have been working in administrative roles for the past ten years, particularly in scheduling environments and scientific research environments. As a full-time Laboratory Coordinator I am able to administer and interpret complex cognitive and medical assessments and charts, especially related to dementia-related conditions, cognitive impairment and mental health disorders. I am highly skilled in the areas of data, collection, data entry and data analysis. As a Coordinator I am also responsible for day-to-day operations that involve maintaining a research website, project databases and the planning and attending of meetings and planning research conferences. An ability to prepare for a conference involves a talent for designing and developing research posters and abstracts that succinctly summarize complex scientific concepts for large groups of people of different backgrounds with an appealing format. Furthermore, my role in coordinating day-to-day lab operations involves the hiring, training and supervising of research assistants. As a result, I am skilled in conducting and transcribing interviews for absent supervisors. I also transcribe cognitive assessment interviews. I am highly skilled and experienced in the tasks and everyday demands that are made in the efficient functioning of a small business experiencing explosive growth potential. My years of experience in hospitals and research organizations make me an exceptional tool for businesses in healthcare, health research, medical device research and development as well as marketing and advertising to get word out to the world about new and exciting ideas and businesses.
