I am proficient in grammar due to my 5-year experience as an English Teacher, and 4-year as a Customer Service Representative for US accounts. I have a good listening skills. I've talk to different nationalities all over the world. I can differentiate between speakers and can understand heavy accent. Especially now, working as an English Teacher where most of my clients are Asians like: Chinese, Koreans, and Japanese. Imagine the stiffness of their tongues, I'll tell you it's extremely tough listening to their English, but I believe I already mastered this skill. I can understand them with ease. I thrive in high-pressure situations. I believe, I am resourceful because working as a Freelance English Teacher is not a piece of cake. Most of the time, I need to find the perfect lessons that will fit your student's level so I tell you, it's bloody. I do my lesson plans for my students. I have also experienced editing some essays ,and articles for them. I also published my first English Grammar book way back in 2017. These experiences have trained me to proofread and deliver the best quality transcript I can. I am a graduate of Business Management, but since then I focused my career in the English industry field.
