Preparation of BOQ’ of Electrical Work Preparation of Tender’s & keeping record of customers, suppliers and worker on computer system. * Monthly report on stock and customer balances. * Reply to email queries. * Bank reconciliation * Bank Deposits and Cheque withdrawal * Office Projects file Management. * Collect, sort and distribute correspondence, reports and documents within the unit and to other units * Respond to a variety of enquiries from staff in the unit and supply readily available information from office files and databases * Create and maintain databases on contracts created by the Unit. * Check status of contracts and advise responsible officer of the expiry dates three months before expiry date * Provide assistance to all staff with services such as travel and expenses claims and security clearance * Create Pos. * Operate a variety of office equipment such as photocopier, scanner, facsimile, and printer and maintain supplies; produce photocopies of materials as required and collate pages when necessary; ensure that the said equipment’s kept in good working order.
