Currently, I am working as a Customer Support Representative with the specialization in the German market at a Betting company in Malta. My main responsibilities contain handling customer requests via e-mail, live chat and phone. Furthermore, I regularly validate language skills of new candidates and also proof-read the workload of the whole team. Regular translations from English to German are also a main part of the job. After my graduation at Hochschule der Medien in Stuttgart, Germany, I worked as a young scientific assistant at Fraunhofer Institute of Human Factors and Technology Management (IAT). My main activities were the creation of various animations, evaluation tools and video tutorials. In addition, I was in charge of the internal proofreading process for an app of the institute.
