My experience includes working with various clients both nationally and internationally in areas like online social media and customer service. I excel at multitasking and paying close attention to detail.
I worked on different projects and played more than one rule at the same time. My tasks were script writing, editing, translating, and revising for the social media replies all over the platform—brainstorming the potential questions we may receive from customers online. Train the moderation team on the brand tonality and how to reply to customers on social media. Build a strategy regarding the process of complaints received by customers. Collect all the customers' data in a separate sheet shared with insight to enhance the brand.
