I hold an advanced MA degree in International Cooperation and Development (MICAD) from Bethlehem University and BA degree in English Literature and Translation from the Arabic American University- Jenin. Most of my working experience is with EU projects within Ramallah and other governorates throughout the West Bank. The working responsibilities there array from offering linguistic assistant and translating to assistant project manager. Beside my academic background, working with the EU Projects has enriched my experience in proposal development, preparation of progress reports, project management and M&E development. In Addition, I worked as a part time associate financial officer with one of the Caritas Projects in Bethlehem; this gave me an extensive experience in planning and reviewing the costs, controlling the running cost, preparing financial reports on monthly basis, presenting my recommendations to illustrate the gains versus losses. Now, with more than six years of experience; I offer a good combination of training and experience needed to listen closely and to learn exactly what you hope to achieve by the program you plan to implement. I have the ability to follow precise instructions when implementing any program and the training to monitor them and report my findings back to the supervisor. I have strong communication skills, clerical skills and good management skills. I am motivated, organized and have the ability to work independently.
