I am a native Arabic speaker from Egypt. I learned English from the age of 10 and moved to the UK 16 years ago. My previous occupations required me to write and communicate in Arabic and fluent English. Worked in the English Studies Division in the American University in Cairo, dealing with Americans and English students learning Arabic as a second language. Currently I am a civil servant, and I assist our helpline colleagues with interpretation (English- Arabic ), (Arabic-English) all related to legal matters in Employment Laws ,procedures, appeals and judgement interpretations. My stakeholders are UK solicitors and Judges (UK Employment Tribunals), UK Cabinet office seniors and other UK government departments , so I have a full knowledge of legal and formal interpretations. I am able to communicate quickly, smoothly and accurately. I know and understand informal speech, slang and regional differences. I have a full knowledge of the culture of the Middle East and the European Union .
