From 2016, I started working as a member of department in charge of translating/interpreting and coding feedbacks from international surveys. I have also been exposed to the Spanish language for the past 10 years which enable me to write and speak it as well. Also being a French native speaker, with a good mastery of the said language is giving me a competitive advantage to be a trilingual person. Working as a translation team leader for KANTAR ameliorated my translation skills and make them agreeable to the various contexts. Also as a senior interpreter manager, solving issues met by the management was one of my main duty, helping me improve my understanding of the different types of organization. Besides that, meticulosity, planification and determination have characterized my progress with the companies that recruited me. Interested in developing my mastering of languages and business, my personality is characterized by a good decision making skill, determination and assessment in achieving objectives. My capacities involves identifying the skills needed in terms of human resources, applying the suitable leadership system to progress with the repartition of tasks, forecasting and containing the possible upcoming issues in order to meet the deadlines. Through this, I recorded an improvement of the translation team of the companies that hired me, in terms of development of strategies with the superiors and comprehension of the various types of organization.
