• Respond to customer inquiries about the status of their orders. • Communicate with Shipping lines and Hauler to ensure prompt pick-up and delivery of shipments. • Collaborates regularly with Forwarders in terms of Contact Services, delivery efficiency, performance and maintains productive customer relationships. • Ensure all shipments out from the consolidation hub get to their end-destination-hubs. • Monitor and manage the delivery tracking system of customer orders for direct delivery. • Secure direct confirmation from customers on the completion of the arrival of the product orders. • To prepare and provide delivery effectiveness performance reports. • Prepare Sales Trend Report. • Monthly Warehouse Inventory Count. • Create Sales Forecast proposal as a baseline forecast for future sales target. • Monitor weekly sales data trending.
