Previously working as ticketing Experience Agent, I handle complex cases from the Agent, for example international flight that need to do manual computation, anything that they cant handle, and I'm using multiple GDS tools (Sabre, Apollo, Amadeus) to assist the passenger regarding exchanges, cancelations, refunds, and schedule change.
